By creating an account, accessing, or using YeshuaTree in any way, you confirm that: (a) you are at least 13 years of age; (b) you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement; (c) you have read and understood this Agreement; and (d) you agree to be bound by it. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization to this Agreement.
2. Description of Services
YeshuaTree provides an AI-powered platform and application designed to serve its community. The Services may include, but are not limited to, content generation, community features, tools, and integrations. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, with or without notice.
3. Eligibility and Account Registration
To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use Policy

- Produce, share, or solicit sexually explicit content involving minors, or any content that exploits or harms children in any way.
- Engage in, promote, or facilitate violence, terrorism, self-harm, or threats against any individual or group.
- Create or distribute misinformation, disinformation, deepfakes, or deceptive content intended to deceive or manipulate others.
- Violate the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights of any third party.
- Impersonate any person, organization, or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any party.
- Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Services or any connected systems.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Services.
- Use the Services in any automated manner, including through bots, scrapers, or crawlers, without our express written permission.
- Collect, harvest, or store personal data about other users without their consent.
- Use the Services to send unsolicited commercial messages (spam) or engage in any form of phishing.
- Use the Services in a manner that could overburden, damage, or impair the infrastructure of YeshuaTree or interfere with others' use of the Services.
- Use the Services to develop competing products or services without our express written consent.
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.
4.3 Content Standards
All content you submit, generate, post, or transmit through the Services must comply with this Agreement. We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, review, and remove any content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates this Agreement or is otherwise inappropriate.
5. AI-Specific Provisions
YeshuaTree leverages artificial intelligence technologies to deliver its Services. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
5.1 AI Output Disclaimer
AI-generated content is provided for informational, creative, and assistive purposes only. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or not suitable for your intended use. You are solely responsible for independently verifying any AI-generated content before acting upon it, particularly in legal, medical, financial, or safety-sensitive contexts.
5.2 No Professional Advice
Nothing generated or provided by our AI constitutes professional legal, medical, financial, psychological, or other licensed professional advice. You should consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your circumstances.
5.3 Human Oversight
You agree to maintain appropriate human oversight and judgment when using AI-generated outputs. You acknowledge that you are the final decision-maker for any actions taken based on the Services and bear full responsibility for how you use AI outputs.
5.4 Input Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the inputs, prompts, and data you provide to the Services. You must not input sensitive personal information, confidential business information, or data you do not have the right to share. You represent that your inputs do not violate any third-party rights.
5.5 Web-Assisted Answers
For Disciple users, YeshuaTree may offer web-assisted answers when a question appears current or outside the internal corpus. These answers may use third-party web search and AI providers such as xAI / Grok, and are labeled in the app. Web-assisted answers may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect, and should be independently verified before you rely on them.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Our Intellectual Property
The Services, including all content, features, functionality, software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by YeshuaTree or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the Services without our express written permission.
6.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Services ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant YeshuaTree a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, process, adapt, and display Your Content for the purpose of operating and improving the Services. You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant this license.
6.3 Feedback
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Services, you grant YeshuaTree a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use such feedback for any purpose without compensation or attribution to you.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference, explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Services, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy. We will handle your data in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

The Services may integrate with or contain links to third-party websites, services, or content. YeshuaTree does not endorse and is not responsible for any third-party content, products, or services. 9. Disclaimers of Warranties
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. YeshuaTree does not warrant that the Services will meet your requirements or that any AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or reliable.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, YeshuaTree and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless YeshuaTree and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of or access to the Services; (b) Your Content; (c) your violation of this Agreement; or (d) your violation of any rights of a third party.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, including but not limited to violations of this Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Sections 6, 9, 10, 11, 13, and 14 shall survive termination of this Agreement.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration body. Nothing herein prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
14. General Provisions
Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and any other incorporated policies, constitutes the entire agreement between you and YeshuaTree with respect to the Services and supersedes all prior agreements.
Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights under this Agreement without our prior written consent. We may freely assign our rights and obligations.
Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
